These Terms are a contract between You and Perceptive (a product of Logical Peak Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, number 15104556) (”Us”, “We”). Our registered address is The Old Bull Pens, Sezincote, Moreton-In-Marsh, Gloucestershire, England, GL56 9AW.

Perceptive is a website and web app (”Perceptive Platform”, “Platform”) that helps teams build more secure digital products. It does this by using artificial intelligence to evaluate information provided by customers against custom security assessments.

Please read these Terms of Service (”Terms” or “Agreement”) carefully before You use the Perceptive Platform or purchase a subscription. By using the Perceptive Platform or purchasing a subscription, You agree without reservation to be bound by the Agreement. If You do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, please do not use the Perceptive Platform or purchase a subscription.

If You accept the terms and conditions in the Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You warrant that You have full legal authority to accept the terms and conditions in the Agreement on behalf of such company or other legal entity, and to legally bind such company or other legal entity.

Section 1. Definitions

• “Agreement” - The agreement between Perceptive and You.
• “Content” - This refers to the text, data, images, documents, sounds, videos, and animations you encounter on our Platform, including any content you post.
• “Customer” - Means anyone who signs up for an account on our Platform.
• “Intellectual Property” - Refers to all types of intellectual property We own, whether registered or not, in any country. This includes patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, software, domain names, discoveries, inventions, and any related rights, even those that arise in the future.
• “Perceptive Platform”, “Platform” - Means any website or web application designed for electronic access by devices, which is owned or operated by Us.
